Working towards ours customers’ success and ours company success we look for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our team and help us capture the market opportunity that our solution brings.
We are looking for a Product Owner to work with our product team and deliver technology necessary to realise our vision. The ideal candidate should be solution oriented, pro-active and ready to work in an open culture, where feedback is addressed regularly and we build a transparent relationship between team and clients.
- Clear communication: keep the relevant stakeholders up to date on the project status and details
- Set quarterly goals with your team and coordinate the team to achieve them
- Work with the Product Manager on prioritising and defining features
- Product backlog is managed and prioritised
- Functional and Non-functional requirements are defined
- Releases and iterations are planned and relevant stakeholders are aligned
- work with our Customer Success team and Partners Team to coordinate and build the features and product integrations necessary
Skills & Prior Experience
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position
- prior experience in Project Manager or Product Owner role in fintech SaaS startup
- Communication, facilitation and presentation skills (client-facing, team)
- Advanced English skills (written and verbal communication, B2/C1+), German is a (big) plus
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, agile concepts) and tools (Jira / Confluence)
- Problem solving skills and solution oriented
- Self-organising and time management skills
